Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 12, 2026  |  Last Updated: September 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how The Dental Management Hub collects, uses and shares information when you visit our website, request a consultation, or engage us for dental practice consulting services.

1.Who We Are

This policy governs the website at thedentalmanagementhub.com (the “Site”) and the related services provided by The Dental Management Hub (“Dental Management Hub,” “we,” “us” or “our”), a dental practice consulting firm led by Lori Gross and based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

It covers personal information collected through the Site and in the course of providing practice consulting, management solutions, team development, strategic planning, and speaking services to dental practices.

2.Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you schedule a discovery call, submit a contact form, or otherwise reach out, we collect information you provide voluntarily, which may include:

  • Your name, email address and phone number
  • Your practice name, role and location
  • The size of your team and the nature of your practice
  • What you are trying to solve — production, hygiene performance, systems, team, overhead or a transition
  • Notes from our calls and correspondence
  • Billing information necessary to invoice an engagement

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site uses cookies and similar technologies that may capture your IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, referring source, the pages you visit and the time of your visit.

We do not store full credit card numbers on the Site. Payments are handled by our payment processor, subject to that provider’s own security and privacy practices.

3.Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Cookies are small files placed on your device. We use them to operate the Site, keep it secure, remember your preferences and understand how visitors use our pages so we can improve them.

You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the Site may not work properly without them. Where required by law, we will ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.

4.How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and schedule your complimentary discovery call
  • Understand your practice well enough to say whether we can help
  • Deliver consulting, training and advisory services you have engaged us for
  • Prepare assessments, roadmaps and recommendations for your practice
  • Send scheduling confirmations, session reminders and follow-ups
  • Invoice and maintain engagement records
  • Operate, improve and secure the Site
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

5.Your Practice Information and Confidentiality

Consulting work requires access to sensitive business information — profit and loss statements, production and collection reports, payroll and staffing details, fee schedules, and operational data. This is treated separately from ordinary website data.

Practice information shared with us during an engagement is governed by the written agreement between us, which includes confidentiality obligations. We do not publish your figures, present them as a case study, reference them with other clients, or share them with anyone outside our engagement without your written consent.

Patient information. Our work is with the business of your practice, not with patient care. We do not seek access to protected health information. Where an engagement makes access to patient data unavoidable, that access is handled under a separate written agreement appropriate to the applicable health privacy laws, and not under this policy.

6.Text Messages and Phone Calls

If you provide a mobile number, we may contact you by phone or text message about a scheduled call, an active engagement, or a proposal you requested. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you may ask us to stop calling by contacting us using the details below. Opting out of marketing messages does not prevent us from contacting you about a scheduled session or an active engagement.

7.How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only in limited circumstances:

  • Service providers who help us operate — website hosting, email, scheduling and video conferencing tools, analytics providers, document storage, accounting software and payment processors
  • Professional advisors, such as our own accountant or attorney, where necessary and under a duty of confidentiality
  • When required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of The Dental Management Hub, our clients or others
  • In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition or sale of assets

8.Third-Party Services

The Site relies on third-party services such as analytics providers, scheduling tools and, in some cases, review platforms. These providers operate under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices and encourage you to review their policies directly.

9.Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain engagement records, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

Engagement files — assessments, roadmaps and the financial and operational information behind them — are retained for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period afterward, then deleted or de-identified. You may ask us to return or delete your practice’s records at the close of an engagement.

10.Data Security

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold, and practice financial information is stored in access-controlled systems. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11.Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to or restrict certain processing. Residents of California, and residents of the European Economic Area and United Kingdom, may have additional rights under applicable law.

To make a request, contact us using the details below. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those messages.

12.Do Not Track

The Site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals, as no common industry standard has been adopted. We may update this policy if that changes.

13.Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for dentists, practice owners, office managers and other dental professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

14.Links to Other Sites

This policy applies only to the Site. Pages we link to — including professional associations, social media and third-party platforms — have their own privacy practices, for which we are not responsible.

15.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date above and take effect when posted. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
