Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: September 12, 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of The Dental Management Hub website. Please read them before using the Site.

1.Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at thedentalmanagementhub.com (the “Site”), operated by The Dental Management Hub (“Dental Management Hub,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2.Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and the Effective Date above will be updated. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

3.Use of the Site

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not use the Site for any other purpose without our written permission.

4.Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or related systems
  • Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code
  • Use automated tools to scrape, harvest or copy content from the Site
  • Reproduce or exploit Site content for commercial purposes
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone
  • Submit or transmit unlawful, abusive, defamatory or misleading content

5.Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, photographs, logos, service names, frameworks, checklists and page design — is owned by The Dental Management Hub or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and download content for your own personal, non-commercial use only. All other rights are reserved.

Materials delivered during an engagement — assessments, roadmaps, templates and training documents — are licensed for use inside your own practice and may not be redistributed, resold or shared with other practices without our written permission.

6.Informational Purpose; No Guarantee of Results

Content on the Site — including descriptions of practice challenges, consulting methods, hygiene and scheduling approaches, and general practice management information — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for an assessment of your specific practice.

Practices differ in market, patient base, payer mix, fee structure, team, overhead and owner goals. Nothing on the Site should be read as a promise that a particular approach will produce a particular result in your practice. Recommendations are made only after we review your actual numbers and operations, and any outcome depends on your practice’s circumstances and on your team’s implementation of what we recommend.

7.Testimonials and Client Results

The Site displays testimonials and specific figures — including revenue, collection percentages and growth over defined periods — reported by individual clients about their own practices.

These results are not typical, not average, and are not a prediction of what your practice will achieve. They reflect what happened in one practice, with that practice’s starting position, market and team, over that specific period. Individual results vary and depend substantially on factors outside our control, including your own effort and follow-through. No result is promised or guaranteed.

Testimonials are published with the permission of the person quoted and are their own words. Some have been shortened for length without changing their meaning.

8.Not Legal, Tax, Accounting or Clinical Advice

We provide business and operational consulting. We are not a law firm, accounting firm, tax advisor, licensed employment agency, or clinical authority, and nothing we provide constitutes legal, tax, accounting, employment-law or clinical advice.

Discussions touching on employment matters, contracts, compensation structures, entity formation, insurance, coding, compliance, or the sale or purchase of a practice are operational guidance only. You should obtain advice from your own attorney, CPA or other licensed professional before acting on anything in those areas. Decisions about patient care remain solely the responsibility of the practice’s licensed providers.

9.Consultations, Proposals and Scheduling

Requesting a discovery call or submitting a form on the Site does not create a contract. It is a request for a conversation, which we will confirm with you directly.

The initial discovery call is complimentary and carries no obligation on either side. Any fees, scope, deliverables and timeline discussed before a written proposal are preliminary. A binding arrangement exists only in a written proposal or engagement agreement signed by both parties. Written proposals are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and may be revised if the scope changes or if the practice’s circumstances differ materially from what was described.

Scheduled session times are commitments we take seriously, but may occasionally be moved by agreement or due to circumstances beyond our control. Cancellation and rescheduling terms, if any, are set out in your engagement agreement.

10.Consulting Engagements

Consulting services are governed by a separate written engagement agreement, not by these Terms. That agreement controls scope, fees, payment terms, confidentiality, term and termination, and it prevails over anything on the Site if the two differ.

Our role is advisory. We make recommendations; the practice decides what to implement and remains responsible for its own operations, personnel decisions, financial decisions and regulatory compliance. Where an engagement involves access to sensitive practice information, that information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and in your engagement agreement.

11.Submissions and Communications

If you send us questions, suggestions, testimonials or other material through the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it in connection with our business.

Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the Site. That includes patient information of any kind, financial statements, payroll records and employee details. Communications sent through the Site are not guaranteed to be secure or to be received. Sensitive material should be exchanged only after an engagement agreement is in place, using the method we agree on.

12.Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to third-party websites and services, including professional associations, scheduling tools and social media. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products or practices. Links do not imply endorsement.

13.Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

This section applies to the Site itself and does not limit any commitment made in a signed engagement agreement.

14.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Dental Management Hub and its owners, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or loss of use, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Liability arising from a consulting engagement is addressed in the engagement agreement.

15.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Dental Management Hub and its owners, employees and contractors from any claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

16.Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how we use it.

17.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

18.Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

19.Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Dental Management Hub regarding the Site. They do not replace any separate written proposal, engagement agreement or invoice covering consulting services.
